We ship via USPS Priority. The standard delivery time is 2-3 days. At the customer’s request, faster shipping methods are available (at an additional cost).
Orders shipped/billed to California residents will be charged sales tax.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the EZ-Plate System, simply return the complete system in its original condition within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the system price. Sorry, but we are unable to refund shipping costs.
If you need to exchange some or all of the restrictor plates originally supplied in your kit, simply return the plates to us (postage pre-paid) within 30 days. In order to ensure the correct exchange of plates, please fill out and include the exchange form with your shipment. We welcome and recommend that you call us directly to discuss which plates you need to exchange. We will ship out your new plates as soon as we receive the returned plates. If you need new plates immediately we will charge your card for the new plates and when we receive the plates you no longer need we will issue a credit back to that same card. If at any time after the initial 30 day exchange period you want to run a different index, we have additional plates available for sale and the same 30 day exchange policy would apply to your new set.
We recommend the use of the USPS Flat Rate service. It is the fastest (2-3 days) and least expensive way (around $5.00 for the small flat rate box) to return the plates. It is your responsibility to insure the plates have been packaged securely in order to arrive to us safely and intact. You will be charged for any missing or damaged plates as a result of improper packaging. Be certain that the box is taped securely.
